Yes, you can get a free sample without a customized logo. Just tell us your freight collect account like DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. If you don’t have an account, we will need to charge the express cost.
Normally, we need to spend 1-3 days preparing samples without customization requests.
Please send us your logo file. Our sales team will quote you.
For trial orders, we could support 1,000pcs each model. For the regular orders, the MOQ will be 3,000pcs each model.
POLICY 1: Within 1 year, the product’s damages not caused by misuse or vandalism, we could repair it for free.
1) You send the defective piece to us by courier at your cost first, then we will give you a report to let you know what issue and how many could be repaired.
2) When you have repeated orders, the materials of defective goods could be ordered with mass goods together. and then repair them and ship with current order together.
POLICY 2: We will provide 3‰ for each shipment, then buyers take all the responsibility.

30-45 days after pre-production samples confirmed, and receive the deposit.
T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping.
